RETURNS & EXCHANGES

According to our policy, aiming to your satisfaction and keeping the public health in mind, we do not allow fitting trial of the product.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 4 days of our dispatch date, only if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours by emailing us at:info@boutiquedelolo.com. Please, include your original receipt in the returned parcel. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives who will be happy to talk you through our returns procedure, simply email info@boutiquedelolo.com.

Boutique de Lolo will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order.

Exchanges

We can exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 week of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, boutiquedelolo.com will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Gift returns

If you have received an item as a gift, you may not exchange it.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be given to you in the same mode as you have paid (online or cash on delivery), and will be equeal to the sum paid and will exclude shipping.

Your refund will be processed within 3 days after the returned goods are received by us.

If your order has been sent to a destination outside the UAE, boutiquedelolo.com is unable to refund customs duties and sales taxes. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Color Representation and Sizing

We make every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on boutiquedelolo.com. However, computer monitors vary, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Cancelations of Orders

Should you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If the order is cancelled before processing, the product won't be shipped and the money will be refunded. However, if the cancellation occurs after the processing of the order, then cancellation won't be possible and you should request a Return or Exchange.
